When we work
Monday to Saturday. If water is coming through the ceiling right now, ring rather than email. We answer the phone a lot faster than we get through email.
English is fine
Write to us in English or Dutch, whichever you prefer. The quote and everything we agree will be in that language too.
What happens once you've sent the form

We get in touch
A few quick questions about the roof, then we book a visit. Photos of the stain inside and the roof outside help us bring the right kit.

We come and look
We check the covering, the joints and flashings, the gutters and where the water drains. Also whether scaffolding would need to go on the street.

You get the quote
Materials, labour, any scaffolding and VAT each on their own line. After that it's your call, in your own time.

Worth knowing before you get in touch
What should I have ready?
Photos of where it's leaking, inside and, if you can safely get one, outside. If you know roughly how old the roof is or when it was last worked on, mention it. In a flat, pass on the contact for your VvE (owners' association), because the roof usually belongs to them rather than to you.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. The quote is free and you're not tied to anything. If a leak has to be traced before we can say what the job is, we'll tell you the cost of that first.
Do you work outside Amsterdam?
